Today from 8:30 to 9:30 AM, Anakpawis Rep. Crispin Beltran's legal counsels
from the Public Interest Law Center (PILC) attended the hearing on their
Motion for Judicial Determination of Probable Cause, filed at the Makati
Regional Trial Court, Branch 137.



The hearing will resume *tomorrow, March 7, at 10:00 AM at the Branch 137 of
the Regional Trial Court of Makati,* where Congressman Beltran will be
allowed to show that his arrest was unlawful, his detention arbitrary, and
his detention unjust. He will prove that there is absolutely no basis to
prosecute him for the charge of rebellion.
