After being illegally arrested, unjustly jailed, and charged with sedition
and rebellion, Anakpawis Congressman Crispin B. Beltran and his legal
counsels have filed a *Motion for Judicial Determination of Probable Cause*,
with the aim of dismissing his case and setting the 73-year old labor leader
and four-time 'Most Outstanding Congressman" Awardee free.



The hearing on this motion will start tomorrow, March 6.
