A CALL TO OUR FRIENDS IN MEDIA:

Cong. Crispin Beltran's blood pressure remains in unstable condition ever
since being admitted to the Philippine National Police General Hospital at
12:15 PM today.

His condition has to be closely monitored
for the next 72 hours.

Cong. Beltran has been diagnosed with hypertension and is recovering from a
mild stroke. His illegal arrest and incarceration in Camp Crame have
contributed to his deteriorating plight. Anakpawis and Cong. Beltran's
family are calling for Ka Bel's immediate transfer to a hospital of his
choice on humanitarian grounds.

We are requesting for your vigilance in monitoring Cong. Beltran's condition
at this most crucial time.
